I lucked out and got bumped up to this rad newly revamped family room overlooking the water 🌊. the spot was solid, being right next to a cool hangout spot that serves up both New Zealand and Australian vibes along with tasty eats and entertainment in the local town.

The venue is great with brand-new rooms. Amicable staff of the hotel. The rooms with the terrace, the balcony and those 'sundowner' drinks. Variety of good food. Lovely building, comfortable and handy location so close to eatery and local shops, and beautiful Mangonui. Also, to the Bay of Islands from Auckland.

Liked my excellent stay of at least 3 nights. The staff were outstandingly accommodating, ready to any request. I had reasonably priced and beautifully maintained room with a nice foldaway second bed and bedroom plus the balcony. There were refrigerators, an oven, and a cooktop upon arrival.

Exceptional views, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and well-equipped facilities. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided, including a full-sized oven and comfortable bedding. The bathroom was spacious and had ample hooks and rails. We were able to get ready comfortably for a wedding with plenty of room in both the bathroom and master bedroom. The staff were friendly and readily available. The location was superb, close to amenities and with breathtaking views.
Cannot find any fault. This hotel provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and we could not identify any negative aspects.

During our stay, we were mesmerized by the spectacular views of the harbor and the township from our well-maintained room that had everything we needed, including comfortable beds, cozy linen, and a fully equipped kitchen. The staff were amiable and shared valuable local knowledge about the area. The convenient location and proximity to food, local pub and shops were an advantage.
The bathroom was slightly outdated and lacked modern plumbing fixtures.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The attention to detail was outstanding - from the comfortable beds and soft towels to the well-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, just above the waterfront with fantastic water views from the back lawn. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it was absolutely delicious!
Everything exceeded my expectations!
